Hmm, i dunno funndoo, not sure about this dude, its kinda chaotic, the idea itself is kinda unique, so props for that, but im not sure that the "tropical" look is what we are going for.
Also just noticed that it seems kinda pixel-y/lq did you make this in illustrator or PS? o.O -

It's not suitable for a logo. A logo should be clean and simplistic so that it will work in a variety of situations.
