I like the idea of the clock in the eye a lot. You've done it well too as it looks as glossy as it should.
Text needs work. Mainly placement. On this type of piece it is best to stick to minimalistic so leave it with no typo.
It won't hurt it because we can see the theme in the eye.
I don't know why, but I like the composition for some reason even if it is of little difference to others.
I've never been a fan of eye sigs, but this is quite a good one, imo.
Keep it up, you've improved a lot! :) -

OH MY GOD!!! All day yesterday I was working on a piece very similar to this...The clock in the eye must be a very cliche thing. Now I'm going to feel weird with my entry....
