HI!!! Here are my two sigs i made yesterday, i've been using PS for 4 days now and i want to know if I'm going to the right direction.

Im guessing you are still learning how it all works, with tools and filters.
so... Im guessing you're doing fine? Try some tutorials from this website, its REALLY helpfull :)
not bad at all for 4 days I advise tutorials and learn what every tool does :)
Not bad for 4 days. Try my Hulk tutorial in my signature, it's very easy to follow. ;)
