Tyson VS Lewis - Knockout!! Epppppic!

That glow on tyson's glove is a little awkward. Not sure what you wanted to make it look like, but it doesn't feel very well placed. The typo is also a little small and hard to read. I like how you positioned the stocks though; focal point is well placed.

For the BW, keep in mind why we use black and white. Sometimes color doesn't do an image enough justice, whereas a bw could present so many more shades of grey. That may be a bad explanation, but take for granted black and white is meant to add to an image, rather than just show the absence of color. Taking the saturation out of a picture doesn't necessarily warrant it for a quality bw image. At any rate, the colored version is much better.

The B&W version is better because the colour scheme in V1 doesn't flow well.
The glow on the hands is overdone a bit.
Imo, the splatters seem a bit randomly placed?
Text is okayy, could be better, but its alright.
I think its better than some of your previous ones though, and I am seeing improvements. It's just you need to make sure everything flows together more, and not just put things there for the sake of it. Theres got to be a reason for everything you do. You'll soon figure this out, so GJ so far!
