Dunno about this. Looks kinda like a snapshot only.
The border doesn't fit here imo. The white areas in the bg, and the windshield i s too bright, it takes alot of my attention. For me it's hard to focus on the officer.
The detail on his uniform is amazing tho
Agreed, the white is over powering. The officer is in awesome detail though. Try adjusting contrast and levels in PS?
