Thats alright for your first, but the picture isn't the best quality and I'm not sure why one part of the smiley is angle stroked and the rest is normal but if you like it I guess its ok. What have you done besides the smiley and text though, it might be easier to comment if you post the original stock with the outcome.
please post the original stock photo with your manip but if this is your 1st its pretty good keep working on that stuff man and you will get better :)
Sorry, I'll have to hold off posting I think. A lot of this stuff is old, so I certainly don't have source files anymore. I'll wait until I create some new stuff before posting again. Thanks for the comments thus far though.
