Well I like it a lot, however, the placement of the text kills it a bit. The font you used is ok, but try moving it around a bit. Bottom right to start and see how that looks.
text needs work umm if you take a min and look when it fades to b/w its not really that even on the road to the trees but hey its a good concept :)
place the text on the road and this will be perfect
