I can find one or two things to complain about. The first is the huge light Blue Smudge in the middle of the canvas, because its so central your eyes get drawn away from the render. And the second is that the Light source (if thats what the white is to the left of his head) is on the wrong side.

Brilliant smudge work there, although the one thing that bothers me is the text, make it more subtle and it's awsome.

I agree with the blue. I can't help but keep looking at it.
The smudging is alright, but again, the blue is distracting me from that.
Text could use some work. It's a bit hard to read, and the font is a bit bland.
