Right, i've been struggling with my sigs lately, and i think this proves my point. Anywhoooo, CnC :)

The text sux and the sig seems a bit over contrasted in some parts. I like the effects orw/e is at the bottom. I can see your concept but it is too dark. Its distracting, the darkness on both sides.

I think this would look better as a Vertical sig, rather then a normal sig. The type of picture that you have used is very tall, and you end up with too much empty space.
I like the effects, but they also seem too small, almost like you've resized a larger piece to fit into the canvas size that you are using.

quality, don't forget about that.
Remove the text, add more effects. It's ok overall.

It's good bu i think it needs to be brightened up a bit and made more vibrant it's a bit dull as it is.
