WOW i love it man great splatter of the water coming up from the rocks looks as if he has an energy aura to him only thing is the text in black that i dont like
this one is for sure my fav from U :)

I have one main issue with this one. The blue glow around him is VERY obvious it and blots out what looks to be a very beautiful background.
I don't really like the pen tooling around the staff, but I do think their should be some sort of blue icy effect flowing from the staff as the main focal. You could sharpen the staff a little more too. The blue splatters are also pretty flat, so if you tried a few clipping masks, that might help. ;)
And the text isn't working, try something nice and curvy, but not handwriting.
