Hi, welcome to the Void.
Look around here at some tutorials, specifically the beginner tutorials. You'll find them quite useful.
You need to be adding renders, or stocks to your sigs, and making them the focal point of your piece. You don't want the text to be the focal point.
What you have is ok, but if you hang around here, you'll improve drastically in a very short period of time.
Also, dont be afraid to ask questions. We're all here to help.

The Userbar is pretty simple. I don't think the red text is a good choice as it makes it hard to read.
The Green sig looks cool, and with some extra effects it could look better. However the last sig isn't too great. It's unreadable and looks very cluttered.
Like what Garis mentioned above, it would be best to have a look at some tutorials to help you improve.
