i see what your doing,i think, but let me make a suggestion u should try not to use c4ds so much and try not to get them on your render if u want to use a c4d u should use it for an effect or smudge it to get a cool background and try reading some tuts hope that helps

It's really squished, you should hold Shift while resizing so that the render keeps it's proportions.
Not much else going on here, I highly recommend you follow word for word one of the tut's we have here in the Signature Tutorial section.

i did this one cause i knew the other needed work so i followed some tuts and came up with somthing a little eaiser and little more vibrant..

Yes but you STILL have to hold Shift while resizing.
Anything else you do after that is worthless if the render is all messed up.
