it looks a little water rippled i think around the left side of her and the text needs some work as well but i do like the colours xD
too chaotic for me, those effect needs some order imo
other than that nice colors

And ".TheMentalists.", possibly a new style, I loved the effects. I just need to try and make it a little less Chaotic... Always been my problem... =/
Ah i see. Try and tone it down a bit ;)
I agree with the chaotic part but some areas are over sharpened and there is too much different colours in the bg. In your work always choose a pallette of about 3 colours when you start and stick to them. If you changed that it would be a nice piece, well done.
Way too chaotic, and theres a bit too many colours that don't really go well with each other, And the text is okay..
