It consists of the Eiffel Tower and the Statue of Liberty and the city is a vector of Hamburg, Germany's cityscape.
It shows where I reside and my 2 (main) heritages.
Basically I was just trying to put the splatter brushes I just downloaded to use!

I can see a line on the left side of the cityscape where it connects with the splatters. Also, why is there a watermark on the eiffel tower?
I like this and the idea is great.
I like that fact you have used subtle changes in black to give a depth to the piece.

i think a solid land underneath would have done this good, though i still like it
it needs more buildings and more sharpened splatters and other distractions like the skateboarder such as fire hydrants, all you could add more big buildings or a welcome to vegas photo, these are just improvements im suggesting to an already wonderful piece
