Like the BG the text is little big for me,and u can add sum effect on your render.That's my oppinion
Sorry, I didn't see this when it was posted as I was on my way to College. :p
It has a very oriental feel to it that is nice. I like the effects on the left, but the right with the different colours looks wrong.
I also think the border isn't quite right for the sig. I think something different might look better. Maybe like a torn edge so it looks like an old piece of paper. ;)
could use a little more blending... mabye sharpen the image a bit to kind of bring it out a little more. I like the BG though, keep workin on it :D
