You could do alot more to this to really bring some life to it. :D
If you move the character to the left more, you can add some blending/smudging effects to the scarf and make it flow off into the background.
The text could also be positioned more in the centre of the sig. By placing it in the corner, you are showing that you may be unsure what to do with it.
The Pink Border looks alright, but a more solid border like your current sig would look better.
Hopefully that will help you out. Looks good so far.
that rounded up border doesnt work for me, and BG is kinda booring, it need more layers of effect to create depth, colors got piotential tho
