Hmm what can I say about it... I can't say much cause I'm a newbie here but I don't like the text, the render should be more sharpened, but i like the background it fits Sasuke :)

Do not give up, try looking at Tutorials sections and make more siggies :)

To be honest, its not very good. The background works, but the sasuke render needs to be sharpened... a lot. Text need some work as well. If you need help, go look in the Photoshop Tutorials > Signature Tutorials. thats a great place to start. Once you learn a few things, you can go to www.deviantart.com for more advanced stuff. Keep workin at it bud! :D
