Looks like you went overboard on adjustment layers. Tone it down some and it will look a lot better. Text could use some work, the color isn't the best choice.

Looks to me as if its going mono. One too many Gradient layers? You need to kill the text as well and put in some depth.

Looks better but what are you using to get that effect on the backround? It's really rough looking. Try to smooth it out some if you can.
