I have a question. I'll give critique later but how do you achieve rounded borders?

You use the rounded rectangular shape tool, make the shape over the Signature, select, invert the selection and cut out all the outer stuff.
Then just use stroke to create the border :D Its best if you use Select > soften (about 15 px or less) with the selection to give it a more rounded look

The smudging is on! The round border is great! V2 is definitely better. Remove the 'Beauty' text though. It kills the vibe. This is some neat work you have here though. Work on it!

I like the round version, but it would be better without the black. I also think if you were to add some light effects, you could make the entire image look like a shiny badge of some kind.

Nice rounded style.. havent seen that yet.. but definitelty nice work..
