Hmm it's not my best work.

need a little more brush work.. Bg looks to dark i think.. but a good effort..

Some tips:
-Please try blend the render a bit, by smudging the bottom of render and bit up.
-try make it more colourfull Bg,not only green, try start use C4d Renders*set them on screen,blace where u want,erase what u dont like*
-make flow.
-text works,but place it closer to the render*focal* like in middle ;)
-try smaller canvas,this one like this - leaves the sides empty.
