I agree with Linda you do need to work on ur text and PaPas tutorial is good. 1st is my favourite and i like the 5th as well but without the text and scan lines. 9th one down is monotone which i dnt like but it would look good without the underwater/turquoise gradient overlay. Last one could look really good but again its the text. Its very straight and bulky and therefore kills the flow

Nice tags towards the top imo, bottom are too chaotic and text needs work in close to all of them. Good work overall.

The current tag that you are using is the nicest out of that lot. I love the splatter and the pink colours suit the sig well.
Keep it up, wouldn't mind seeing more stuff from you. ;)

I think your main problem is too many effects and cluttering the whole tag. Keep working at it but try downing down the effects. :)
