Wow dean your improving ALOT haha maybe take those lines in the centre and move them to the sides of the render :) also the lighting is just one strong blob maybe try and spread it out make it softer and add some lighting to him so its not just on his head :S burn and dodge tools my friend the way forward :D well done wtih the BG it suits it maybe tone down the blur a tad :)
