Not bad, I would class this more of a large piece myself because if you turned this so it was horizontal it would be too big.
The effects are good, you've blended the woman in well and kept her within the colour scheme of the tag, the text is alright but nothing special.
It's not bad but I've seen better from you. ;)

I like the colors and the overall feel of the tag, but I'm not really a fan of the random C4Ds (on screen?) everywhere.
