I have to thank Draztik for this. When he asked for the request i like the outcome so i decided to follow on with some more anime stuff to see if i could make anything of it. First try fell flat because it was a shite render. This is i think a decent attempt:

I think it's a bit over-contrasted as your Infamous one. I like the effects on the hands but the background just looks like C4D's and maybe some smudging. Lighting is a bit strong.
It's not bad but needs work.
