My First Sig

Just got photoshop CS4 today... Was messing around with it all day today and came up with this:

Basically it's now reading tuts. Alot:p
Get some info and ways for effects out of tuts, to create your own style.
Always hold shift when you resize a stock/render, your render looks squized;)

It's not bad for your first. Kinda looks like you half followed my tutorial. :p
As flatty said, now it's just reading loads of basic tutorials. Following them will help you master that specific technique quicker.
Again, holding shift when you re-size stocks/renders is vital.
