Birthday Card

So my friends birthday is coming up I decided to get creative and do this for her. Should I add anything to the back part of it?

Wouldn't that waste a lot of ink printing? :P

This is pretty cool, but I think the pattern overlay is a tad too strong, or maybe even try removing it from the render and have it just fill the background? Just my take on it.
