Looks quite good.
I think some of the splatter is covering the body a bit, and the text is hard to read, but it's still nice. :)
Yeah text is poor and the splatter was random.
the flash himself looks really over contrasted. effects are just messy..laying a bunch of effects over top on each other on low opacity makes them all wash together and you lose your sharp edges and definition which is for all intents and purposes the quality of the effects.
