The background doesn't go with the fish at all. Neither does the pen-tooling. I don't understand the whole fish in the middle of the render with a pink background and some C4D's/pentooling.
Not for me, sorry.

i agree but the pen tooling is great man

I tried to get the c4d to mimic some corals:P maybe i fail bigtime in that xD but thanks for the comments :)

try using the pentool with the brush instead of the pencil

omg i just noticed the pixels. OH NO PIXELS. pixels are cool but does not work with this style of pentooling u achieved here man. good shit though. clown fish are quite exotic indeed.

the abstract background reminds me of a reef. + man points there

I like it, I find the purple/pink bg to go with it since Clown Fish live in the poisonous underwater plants. They are all different colors.
