looks cool man i like the concept behind it but there are some spots on it where it looks like you messed up on the clouds like there are 2 straight lines that are apart of the clouds
text is cool it works with the tag but its still kind of dull
i like the idea of the rainbow but it needs work also keep workin man you got a good concept just tweak it alittle bit and you will have something good here :)

Its cool and all but the light source seems to be the clouds. But his face suggest that the light source is coming from above his head. Good Job though .
Very Nice. I do think that the white outline around the person is forcing it to look a bit cropped though.
perhaps if the clouds were above him in a circular motion like a god like light is shining down upon him it would look so much more bad ass.
