Not a bad one, however IMO teh effects are rpetty choppy. if i were you i'd smooth those up. Make em look like they are worked into the LP. The random checkerboard splatter is okay, but needs more into unifying the peice.
Also not feeling the blue duplicate at the top of the shoe. looks odd and pretty weird tbh. Drop it and add up some of those effects again.
Not bad dude just work on solidifying your effects.

Lolol. That's pretty okay. I'd make some cracks and a hole stock and make a guy pop out of the shoe. That would be pretty funny.
