background needs workand lighting looks blandd text looks out of place, i think it would look better to the bottom right of the render
Like the flow and lighting, text needs work. Maybe you could give his eyes more depth, make them stand out more. Not bad, keep it up.

Bit bland, add some sicko effects it could be great
