The signatures are pretty decent. Are you new to the Image Editing scene?
The Buu sig has some cool effects. The Spell Circles add a bit of difference, but overall the image lacks the effects to make it really stand out. The Text would probably look better if it wasn't in the corner and more inline with the focal area.
The second sig is pretty weird. It's got an energy feel, but there are also some vector shapes on the right hand side. I quite like how you've positioned everything, but again, it lacks that Wow factor.
There are some tutorials located at the bottom of the main forum (and a shortcut link in my signature) that may help improve your skills.

Don't like the borders. Never do borders in overlay soft light etc. just keep it norm i think. Don't like the text. Specially not in the Second. Stands out way too much. Both look a bit monotone to me, maybe more colour needed.
