I'm not great at giving advice but i can say your text is completely wrong. It doesn't flow with anything else. Try some text tutorials, i have and it helped a lot. ^^

I dont know if this is a good tip or not with text but,

Make the text a color from the background, Then put the layer on overlay, and mess with the opacity.

Good job. Nice lighting. I have to agree with the others text is horrible. You might want to keep it small and simple. Ussually you dont want to mess with the settings.

Out of the 2 with text i prefer the Vert cos it fits better, in the second it is really counter flow. 3rd one is the best out of the lot but the first is really close behind. I As for the Text, PaPas text tutorial is good. Usually i try to keep to White and Black text with possibly some colour around it. If you really want to change the Blending type the only ones that really work are Overlay and Soft Light but even those are slightly dodgy. If it stands out too much just lower the opacity, not much else is needed. Papa's text tutorial should help you though.

I prefer the depth in the first and the flow is better, in the third its all kinda just looks stacked. Colours are also better in your first one but i prefer the style of the 3rd
