3. Control-I (Image > Adjustments > Invert);

My lord thats a sexy effect - I love it mate!! For future tutorials, I suggest you use ImgHst, as ImageShacks have servers are rather slow over the past few weeks.
Great tutorial, I LOVE the effect. To help out noobies, I suggest you add a few more images, but I believe you get the overall effect across.
This would rank in my top 3 tutorials, very nice. Is it ok if I submit this one?

I'm totally new to Photoshop, only been using it for about 3 days, and I got totally different results...I've tried 4 times already and it keeps turning out the same...would it be possible for you to supply some pictures in the tutorial to help me out a little?
