Looks cool but the lighting is offff. Its lighter in the right side than on the left which the render suggests the lighting should be coming from. So get a 100px soft brush and place it to the corner. The go to motion blur and change the settings to your preference an voila great lighting. The text isn't working for me either maybe make it look like a reflection.

It's pretty nice, but if I were you, I'd get rid of the dotted pattern.

Also, try sharpening the focal point and blurring the background a bit to give it better depth, as well as add a light source.

Yup pattern overlay throws the right side of the sig and as DR809 (managed to remember it without looking back at your name for once XD) says the ligting is off. As a whole it's very dark and needs a look at. Look at some lighting and depth tuts, some of which are here, and then try and further this.
