i like this. the blending is beast but what botheres me most is the bad blending of the image to the right of the main stock/render. it simply looks placed there set on a blending option :\ give it some unique oomph.

monotone. make the wavy lines on both sides of him more vibrant/whiter. ALSO i suggest never make a focal point the center of a tag. it ruins potential creativity within the tag and forces a handicap of uniqueness.
