The text is a bit hard to read, but the general look is very smooth.
What would it look like if you add a very slight blur to the Black and white photos to bring the focus closer to the center?

I think this would look very good if you took away the 2 other faces and leave the center one. The 2 other faces take awy from the focal to much. Also like nutter said fix the text cant really read it just use a basic font

If i take em away it would be way too empty and I know that its not readable ;)

Add other things then or just tone them down

Tbh i dont have any other ideas and if i tone them they would get ya way from the focal even more :/
