It has a bit of Floating Head syndrome... but it's more of the upper body.
I can't see anything to guide your eyes around the signature. The background effects are good, but there isn't a focal feature.

Love the text, maybe push it up a bit towards the middle. That might actually be enough to tune up the sig. :)

Hey it's good one but it's kinda Wavy there.... With Fire red color... So looks down a bit but still it's good.

In my opinion the colours are too bright.
And i would make the japanese letters (which alphabet is it,katakana or kanji?) white with some drop shadow on it.
Also,check out the render's arm just beside those letters.
You can't see the arm which doesn't look cool.
And this ''F'' in the corner...no man,it's just my opinion but i would delete this...
Idea of this signature was fantastic,it means that you have an artistic soul xD
Background is pretty cool,and it would be even more cooler with other colours.
Nice job done anyway.
