hey guys! I'm still new at gfx and I would like u guys to comment on this sig to help me improve, cuz I'm still a noob

Need more dept and the renders are low quality.. If you want to turn black and white use layer adjustment gradient map black and white.. 30% opacity
seems a little LQ to me around his face.
colors are neat.
depth is cool, lighting is realistic. the blurs can be toned down a bit
the effects could be more organized or more cluttered. way it looks now is kinda off balance o.o

Good, but make sure you save it as a PNG for upload. It will be better quality!:)
