Mucho better. Looka nice. text is hard to read though.
lol instead of miley being part of the background, she's in front of it like some pop star xD good shit with that concept.
but she is in the middle...uncreative focal point! argh xD tho some magenta's do take away the focus a bit. the big fragment to the left of her and the one underneath the text muff are alternative focal points i see.
color is beast. CMYK BABY!!! slightly monotone but its kay.
whats with the orange on top of miley's hair to the top right of her? over saturated?
good tag man love the popstar concept.
I think the orange part was when i was using the spongetool and overdone it and didnt realise, ah well. haha :)

If I'm honest I prefer the first one, the first one just needed some tweaks to make it better. Not really sure on this one, it's just my opinion though - the background looks too dark and as .blueflare said "CENTERED FOCAL!".
Keep it up though.
