looks unfinished and you could've put more effort into it...
try to be more precise with the facelines, lips, facial hair....
you dont need many layers to make a nice vector/vexel...

i can see that you tried, nice job, but you could do better... ;)

Joekz, I love you and I'm gonna let you finish, but Tavro is the greatest graphics designer of all time.

In other news, the clothes almost entirely lack depth, so I suggest doing something with that. And, for sure, get rid of that background. Unless you're doing something for a skittles add, one should never use and entire specturm as a background. Other than that, you just gotta you the Smoothing tool on the heart and you're good.
