wow it looks great. i hate the text, it covers too much of the object focus and it sticks out way too much. i think the small text saying "trauma" is the best out of all the words. keep the text away from the face of the singer, thats the identification focus, and if you cover it up, it makes it hard to tell what it is. with all the details going on you should be able to blend the text in really well. i love love love the picture itself though, the colours are perfectly balanced, and everything fits together very smoothly, especially the tattoos with the bg details, just makes it look perfect. great job :D

It looks a bit overdone, in my opinion.
