I agree with Jool.
It's kind of Static and has no movement at all. It could be the effects that you chose. They are nice, but may not be suited for this sig.

One thing you could try is turning the guy on an angle in the sig. You might be able to have him looking up or down.
Actually, thinking about it, this could be an important fact. Everything seems to flow in a parallel fashion. All the movement is up and down, and there is no sideways movement.
