Wow, this is great, but I suggest blurring the background a bit to give it more depth.

Yeah I used Gaussian blur at the start but only had it on 0.5 pixels. I'll put it up in future if it suits the tag. Thanks for the CnC guys :D

not really digging the smudging or the distortion. distortion just looks lq when you sharpen it that much, and the smudge is giving a weird smoke effect that doesn't make sense with the intense light (the "smoke" just does around the edges of the figures)- doesn look right or good. too blurred on the right side too
