Focal is way too sharp. Not diggin' the sparkles on the hair. Depth seems really out of wack. Floating head.
It has potential, but really needs some lovin.

Kill the sparks, and not such a sharp focal and it will work better

it was oversharpened and quite monotone too w/c makes it kinda boring...fix it and it's potential may come out ;)
