I like it simple ^-^

v2 is better its cool lookin man i like how you captured the emotion on there faces in the clipping masks :) good job

I prefer V2, but I think a combination of the two would look nice. Black&White background with full colour in the rectangles.

Ah well,I thought about that too,but well,that way the focal would be on 2 different places,while now the focal is mostly everything .__.
