The first one the render(face part) i think could be abit sharper else its nice like the flow kind of following the hair. Second one i feel there is something missing but the colour and flow is nice.
oh and were did you get that render ? it looks sick! ^^

oops dunno where i got it from, i just keep a stash off pics and renders om my HD.. this is the original though..
