A lot better than your current. I love the eyes and more recognisable flow. 'Disease' is how it should be spelt. ;) Love the colours and the size is perfect. :)

Okay, now I corrected it.

the red is too bright, it could almost be considered pastel D: i'd say tone down the red a bit, and you're good to go

I would tone down the red also and the effects are a little to bright also they take away from the focal a little

kinda creepy but nice

Again i agree with Fur, but also seems to be a little floating head?

nice lighting, i feel like its alittle plain, and i dont like the text.

For the text try decreasing the fill. it will give it a more fitting color.
