A shadow on the moon and sky?
acex im not really feeling this man.
-the cut (render) isnt done well at all = you can still see a white line around him and his left ear is pointed like an elf. this is my major concern with the piece. you need to zoom in on the render and cut it closer.
-the moon/sun is not realistic. it looks like a peace of construction paper cut in a circle. get rid of it, go online, find a good sun or moon stock, and blend it into the top left of the piece.
-the NY/City stock behind JayZ doesn't fit = the colors are off, and its dosnt look good with the jayz render. to improve this, one fix the renders cut, that way its blends better, two, find a better BG stock, or/and three, create some adjustment layers over the entire peice and work with there opacity and such.
- V2's Acex text is a very neat idea, but not done well, i would suggest just leaving the NY logo on his hat, and putting Acex in the corner just to signify it as your work.
-as 25designs said^ there is a shadow on the moon/sun and sky... thats impossible, take that off.
-there is no lighting source, that is an easy fix though, depending on what you want.
-The "Empire State Of Mind" text is the best part of this piece, its is well done and fits well.
Take these comments and try to correct some of them, i know you can do it, you just need to take the time to.

much better cut! now go through and try to add the moon/sun (a different one than before) and the city! im excited to see what will come!
the bad cut look was cause i had a stroke on it im try and do some brush work also and see what this turns out
added new BG seems to be better now

Btw you might want to correct the misspell. It says Sate instead of State.
