The editing on this is really garish and far too much, you've broken the midtones down into too many separate levels - it's beginning to look like a cartoon. The photo itself is rather interesting, but would be better if it was straight.
I do like the effects a lot, but they are like said above a little grainy. I dont know if its how I have my computer but the camera seems a little tilted. But I like the focus of the picture. Very nice work here.
